1. How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at Contact@bondawood.com or visit our Contact Us page.
- Return period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Item condition: Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, including the original packaging.
- Approval required: Returns must be approved first. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Shipping & Address
- Return shipping: If your return is approved, Bondawood will provide a free return shipping label.
- Return address: All returns are processed through our main Bondawood business address. The exact return address will be provided after your return request is approved.
3. Fees & Refunds
- Restocking Fees: We're confident in the quality of our work, so there are no restocking fees. You'll get a full refund for your item—simple as that.
- Inspection Takes 2–3 Days: Once your return gets to our workshop, give us 2–3 business days to inspect it. We'll email you as soon as we're done to let you know if everything's good to go.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
- Your Refund Timeline: We send refunds out straight away, but your bank usually takes 5–7 business days to show it in your account. The timing really depends on your bank or card provider.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at Contact@bondawood.com with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll review the case and arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Order Cancellations & Address Errors
- Order changes or cancellations: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
- Address accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. Bondawood is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for parcels marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
