At Bondawood, we take great pride in our handmade brass craftsmanship. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are here to help. Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your package is delivered.

1. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Contact@bondawood.com with your order number.

• Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
  
• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, including the original packaging.
  
• Approval: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  

2. Return Shipping Costs & Address

• Return Shipping: Bondawood is proud to offer a customer-friendly return process. If your return is accepted, Bondawood will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.
  
• Return Address: All returns are processed through our primary Bondawood Address .
  
  

3. Fees & Refunds

• Restocking Fees: We charge $0 restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the price of the item.
  
• Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
  
• Timeline: Most refunds take 5–7 business days to appear in your bank account or on your credit card statement.
  

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Contact@bondawood.com with photos/videos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

5. Cancellations & Address Errors

• Order Changes: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placement.
  
• Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Bondawood is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer or for stolen packages confirmed as "Delivered."
