At Bondawood, we strive to process and ship our handmade brass fixtures as quickly as possible. Please review our cancellation guidelines below:

1. Cancellation Period :

Because we begin preparing your order in our workshop shortly after it is placed, we offer a 24-hour window for cancellations.

  • If you change your mind, please email us at Contact@bondawood.com within 24 hours of your purchase.
  • If the order is cancelled within this window, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Cancellations After 24 Hours :

If you request a cancellation after the 24-hour window has passed, the following applies:

  • Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been dispatched from our workshop, we may still be able to cancel it. Please contact us immediately.
  • After Shipping: Once an order has been handed over to the courier and a tracking number has been issued, it cannot be cancelled.

3. If Your Order Has Already Shipped :

If your order is already in transit and you no longer want the item, you must follow our Return Process:

  1. Receive the delivery.
  2. Contact us at Contact@bondawood.com to request a return label.
  3. Return the item in its original, unused condition and packaging.

4. How to Request a Cancellation :

To ensure your request is handled quickly, please use the following format:

  • Email: Contact@bondawood.com
  • Subject Line: Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]
  • Details: Please include your full name and the reason for cancellation.

5. Custom Orders :

Please note that for any custom-made or bespoke brass fixtures that were created specifically to your requested dimensions, cancellations may not be possible once production has begun in the workshop.
